• Upazila Towns: Most upazila headquarters and major towns
• Rural Areas: Select rural areas (additional charges may apply)

Free Delivery: Orders over 1,000 BDT qualify for free delivery across Bangladesh.

Standard Processing:

Express Processing: Available for urgent orders with additional charges.

You'll receive an order confirmation via SMS and WhatsApp with order details and estimated delivery time.

Step 2: Order Dispatch

Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information and delivery partner details.

Step 3: Out for Delivery

You'll be notified when your order is out for delivery with expected arrival time.

Step 4: Delivery Attempt

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery. If unsuccessful, they'll contact you to reschedule.

COD Availability:

• Available for orders up to 5,000 BDT
• Available in all delivery areas
• Delivery charges needed in advance

COD Process:

• Pay exact amount to delivery person
• Receive receipt after payment
• Check products before payment
• Report any issues immediately

Recipient Requirements:

• Valid mobile number must be reachable
• Someone must be available at delivery address
• National ID may be required for verification
• Signature required for order confirmation

Address Requirements:

• Complete and accurate address details
• Clear landmarks and directions
• Accessible location for delivery vehicles
• Working day delivery (Saturday - Thursday)

If delivery fails due to:

• Customer Unavailable: We'll attempt redelivery next day (additional charge may apply)
• Incorrect Address: Address correction fee of 50 BDT may apply
• Customer Refusal: Order cancellation fee of 100 BDT applies
• Multiple Failed Attempts: Order may be cancelled with refund policy

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to Bangladesh only. We may consider international shipping in the future based on customer demand.
